At Restored Retro, we take pride in offering beautifully restored vintage pieces with character and history. As each item is unique and often pre-owned, we strive to be transparent and fair when it comes to returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of vintage and restored items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We will, however, accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged in transit

• The item was significantly misdescribed on the product page

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you believe your item is eligible for a return.

2. Reporting a Problem

To report an issue:

• Email us at info@restoredretro.net

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or discrepancy

We will assess your claim and respond within 2 working days.

3. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

• Items must be returned in the condition they were received

• Returns must be arranged and confirmed in advance

• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or misrepresented

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Customised or altered items

• Items collected in person and inspected before purchase

• Sale or clearance items (clearly marked)

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
